What the Service is

My 9 Albums is a free, browser-based tool for building 3x3 collages of albums, songs, games, or movies, and exporting them as posters. It is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Your content and posters

• You choose which albums, songs, games, or movies to include and what text to add. You keep responsibility for that selection and text.
• Album artwork and metadata are sourced from public/licensed catalogues and remain the property of their respective rights holders. Your exported poster is for personal, non-commercial sharing.
• Posters you publish to a shared link are stored by us so the link keeps working; you may ask us to remove a shared poster at any time via the Contact page.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to create or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that infringes others' rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not use automated means (bots, scrapers) to abuse rate-limited features such as search or AI generation.

Copyright concerns

We respect intellectual property. If you believe a shared poster or other content on the Service infringes your copyright, email hello@my9albums.net with a description of the work, the URL in question, and your contact details, and we will investigate and remove infringing material where appropriate.

Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party services — album artwork and search data providers, Cloudflare (hosting), Google Analytics (analytics), and Google AdSense (advertising). Their use of data is governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My 9 Albums and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes to these Terms
